A First-Year (Level I) Writers' Program
Writing for Children is perfect if you're interested in bringing your creative imagination to life in the form of a children's book. This program takes you from story idea development to review, and also helps you understand the publishing industry. You have the opportunity to experiment and sample the field as you develop stories of your own. You'll explore children's fiction and nonfiction, including picture books, chapter books and middle-grade novels.
Brenda teaches the last 10 sessions, Capstone Writing, Tuesday evenings, 6:30 - 9:30 pm, March 30 - June 2, 2009.
